Rock-Paper-Scissors Children's Fund is a U.S. registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Wakefield, Rhode Island. We are also licensed by the Vietnamese government to operate in Vietnam, and we file annual tax returns with the IRS, and report annually to the Vietnamese government.

RPS has been licensed by the Vietnamese government to operate in Vietnam since 2014. Our license is renewed every three years. All renewal documents for our current license have been submitted.
